Default Shared Calendar - Restricting Time Frame

Hi there,

I have a shared exchange calendar. A group of employees can create appointments there. I would like them to only be able to create appointments within a certain time frame (e.g. from Jan - June 2020).

Is this possible, mybe with VBA?
