I have Outlook 2007 on an older computer. I recently purchased a new computer with Outlook this month and for some reason I am having difficulty importing saved emails. In Outlook 2007 I created a file called "Personal Emails". I exported that file to a PIN drive. I then went online to get instructions on how to import them into my new computer's "Outlook". I followed the instructions step by step but for some reason they will not transfer to the new computer. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Is there anyone who could possibly shed light what I could possibly be doing wrong without watching the entire process? Any advice would be most appreciated.
