It is not possible in one book. It is really not possible to cover a single version in one book; it would be more like a bookshelf full of books.

One of my favorites is Word 2010 Bible by Herb Tyson. I think the writing and analysis are superior to anything written later. There has not been a lot added to Word since that was written, but has been some.

I think my UsersGuide site covers Windows versions of Word from 2002 to the present. It does not cover everything. It started out as a book "The Legal Users' Guide to Microsoft Word." You could take that and print it out but that does not cover anything since 2002.
