Default Spelling check actions

I was previously using Word 2010 and am now using Word 2019.

1. When doing a spelling check, Word 2010 provides a number of buttons including "Ignore once", "Ignore all", and "Add to dictionary", which can be selected either by clicking on them or by typing the indicated keyboard shortcuts [Alt+I], [Alt+G], and [Alt+A] respectively. Word 2019 has the same buttons with the same indicated keyboard shortcuts; however, on my computer, the buttons work but the keyboard shortcuts do not work. Is this a bug in Word or is there a setting I need to change?

2. In Word 2010, the spelling check also has an "Undo" button, with an [Alt+U] keyboard shortcut, which can be used to reverse the above actions. However, Word 2019 does not have this button. Is there another way to undo the previous action in a spelling check in Word 2019?
