Did you ensure all apps were closed before running the System File Checker? Regardless, any repairs undertaken by the Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool & System File Checker may already have resolved the Office problems.
As for the SFC log file, IIRC the files it couldn't restore have entries with text along the lines of:
'unable to restore'
Remember, too, to do the Windows 7 Disk Check.
