I support Charles's suggestion to make use of "Page break before" formatting instead of adding a manual page break. For example, you can modify the Heading 1 style to include that setting, assuming that you want all text paragraphs formatted in that style to start a new page. In the Apply Styles pane (Ctrl+Shift+S), type in Heading 1 and click the Modify button. In the Modify Style dialog box, click Format > Paragraph.
