I have a new laptop with Windows 10 and Office 2019. I have three POP email accounts set up in Outlook 2019. I do not have the mailbox passwords saved (and do not want to), and when I click on Send/Receive the first time after opening Outlook, it prompts for the passwords as expected. However, every time I click on Send/Receive after that while Outlook is still open, it prompts for the passwords again. How can I set it to prompt for the passwords only the first time in each session?
