I am writing a novel and in the past I created a macro I called 'slice'.


What this macro did was to search and replace any periods found with a period and a pargraph. For editing it was very effective as I had to deal with each sentance and rebuild the paragraphs. In the process I would spot any grammical errors and was able to improve the overall text quality.


I have Office365 and the search and replace is not working. I don't want to insert the paragraph symbol which is what is happeing. What I would like is:


This is some test text. The greated novel of all time is being completed


Would be after the macro runs

then I would be using the delete key like crazy as well as making other changes to rebuild the paragraphs.
