Right did what you said worked well, but now I need to know how to do a couple of tweaks to the document....

Firstly I would like the drop down field shading to match the box in which it sits, looked for transparency setting but can't find any for the drop boxes/ edit boxes.

Also I would like to export it out as a PDF form so that people can fill it in and then post it on forums, when I save as a PDF I lose all the drop boxes just get the text.

have attached the problem files and hope that someone can help me on these couple of niggles.
