I was wondering if outlook rules work when the app is off.
I am pretty sure not

however, I needed to create an out-of-office reply and my email does not support Exchange and the auto reply option is not available.
Searching for alternative solutions, I found quite effective "rule option".

Am I correct to think that if my pc is off and I receive an email, the out of office reply won't be sent?
Any way to overcome this issue?
