For the first problem, the screenshot suggests you have a border around the text within the cell, and then you're adding a boder to the cell itself. If you don't want that, you need to re-think what you're doing - perhaps have the whole cell highlighted and bordered.
For the second pronlem, it looks like your highlighted & bordered paragraph has a rhs margin outside the cell boundary, hence the rhs edge of the paragraph formatting is being cut off. Either change the paragraph formatting or apply the same fix as suggested for the first problem.
For the third problem, that doesn't look like a page break - which appears as a dotted line following the last character on the page, after which a new page begins. Your line looks more like a table or page border at the top of the page.
