Crazy outlook issue when starting New email?
When Sending an email from outlook 2016, if I insert a picture into the body it causes everything in the compose email to go crazy. Attached is a picture to show what I mean. Everything works perfect until a picture is added to the email.
I have reinstalled office.
Tried different versions of office.
Created new outlook profiles and new users on the computer.
disable and enabled hardware acceleration.
Basically have tried everything outside of reinstalling the OS and starting over.
