I'm using windows 10, Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019, and Comcast as server. I cannot set up an email account in Outlook. I use IMAP which is recommended by Comcast but I keep getting an error message that it cannot connect to IMAP server.
On my IPAD and phone I can connect to server no problem. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do to correct? Since I can connect with Iphone and Ipad can I assume the problem is with Outlook?

Please help
