The illustration shows a userform rather than a content control, and frankly that is the better way to make such selections to create a document. You can write text that corresponds with the selections to content controls, bookmarks, docvariables etc What you can't do is put a content control on a userform. It has its own list box functionality and such list boxes can have many columns, including hidden columns if you wish.
