Sorry for the grumpiness. I thought I was being kind by responding and suggesting attaching the document. I see you've done that. I'm glad you solved the problem.

I'm not seeing exactly what you are, in that the textbox is actually under the chart which is superimposed when I opened your document.

The textbox 6 is actually a caption for Figure 2. It should be grouped with Figure 2.
Here it is shown with its contents. It was behind your chart when I opened the document and I moved it forward.


Using the selection pane, I was able to select it and pressing delete removes it. Note that Textbox 10 is the caption for your chart. It should remain grouped with the chart.
