you need different masters, one with animation and one without. First see if switching the layout of the non-animated slide is sufficient. Your demo template showed at least 2 master “sets” so it’s possible there may already be a layout that works for you. If this doesn’t work, you will need to go back to the slide master with the animation and right click to duplicates and rename it something obvious like “no animation “ remove the animation from that master only. Then switch the slide layout to your newly created master.
