You could create new paragraph styles for the preceding paragraph and following paragraph with the attributes you want.


Para1 - set in style standardP - the style for following paragraph in style standardP is to be InsertionStyle.
Next Paragraph - the insertion - the style for following paragraph for your insertion style to be the special style for your following paragraph.
Next Paragraph - set in Style standardF - Set the style for following paragraph in the style you have set up for the following paragraph to be your standard style.
Next paragraph - your standard formatting.
