I have been working on two pcs for a few years now. On both I work with a 365 subscription (same login), on both I did have the morph transition.
But for some reason all of a sudden one of them showed 'Product Activated' instead of 'Subscription Product', which is why I couldn't insert the morph transition anymore.
Shortly after I posted the Help-thread things went back to normal, so the strange account situation only lasted for a few days. And all this time the second pc acted normal and kept having the subscription account with the morph.
I didn't delete the thread because I wanted to know if anyone had ever experienced the same.

Thank you so much for your reply. As you suggested this was indeed a (temporary) account problem.
