Word 2010/W7: Recently I found that I can create and save a document in Word, and the text appears normally on the screen when re-opened for review or editing. BUT when "Print" is ordered (from the dropdown menu, with the document open on the screen), the document goes blank, and the printer initiates but prints nothing. The document can be printed through the general Windows print command, used when the cursor is held over the icon that denotes the document. Documents created weeks ago can be re-opened and printed without difficulty, as can documents created in Excel. So I think the issue is with Word. I have downloaded and re-installed the software for my printer, and it works normally in all other applications. Any ideas?
