Please help me with the following question.

I'm looking for a way to save a Word form, with some options marked, as a PDF file but showing (in the resulting PDF) only the text of the options marked and discarding any option which was not marked in the original Word form.

Do you know if there is a way to do it?

I've been looking for third party apps, with no luck.
