Your OCD seems very selective.

I'm not seeing the issue you described in that sample text in preview or print. I am seeing a lack of styles use and can't work out the point of making the chapter heading the same paragraph as the first 'paragraph' of text.

Perhaps you have used vertical justification for your section.
