In the attached, cells C9:C20 contain actual dates (the firsts of the month) and so also contain year information. You can revert to showing just the month as I have done in cell C15.
AZ9:AZ20 contain new values for a vlookup, but I was being lazy and should have used index/match on your other table at AM9:AN18.
There are formulae in the range D9:AH20 (one formula copied down and across).
If there are duplicate dates only the uppermost will show.
