Views of the thread aren't necessarily people able or willing to assist. Could be Google searches including things like vba, macro, roster and automation returning a link to this thread.
The views/downloads of the attached file would be more indicative of those that may be interested in helping.

Your post starts "I need some help with writing a series of macros to automate ... ", then
has an xlsx file and nothing that would indicate any attempt to write the macro yourself.
Doesn't come across as a request for 'help with... ', more like an order for a complete macro solution.
