Exclamation Searching for e-mails in a Shared Mailbox prior to start date.

Hi All,

I have 2 new users who when they try searching for items in a shared mailbox which has existed for many years can only see results appear from their start date onwards. Is this normal behaviour for Outlook? Is there a way to change the search results so that all historical results are found. The mailbox is not archived and version is Office Outlook for Office 365 (16.0.11727.20222) 64bit.
