Default Making envelopes for attaching to word

I need to make some envelopes. i don't want to use sticker envelopes anymore, I'd prefer to print out a full sheet paper that I can fold to insert into envelopes I buy on Amazon.

Perferably these because i can get a box of 50 to test this out. Says 'two window

what I'm having trouble with is figuring out how to make the address print out in Word if that makes sense?

Am i supposed to create the address page on my own? I assumed there was a templated version that would allow me to set this up to use my contacts and add the users from there.

Whichever way is best, can someone let me know the best way to approach this using the envelopes I listed? How would I print out the paper to fold up to fit the windows?
