Exclamation Conditional Formatting This or that

Hello,

I have created an attendance tracker with Excel, and I need to update the conditional formatting that highlights what kind of disciplinary action report should be given.

The policy now says that if an Employee has less than 90 days with the company will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the table below:

Points Corrective Action
5 points Verbal Warning
10 points Written Warning
15 points Termination

If more than 90 days, it should be the following:
Points Corrective Action
10 points Verbal Warning
15 points Written Warning
20 points Final Written Warning*
25 points Termination

I have a cell that indicates the date of hire, how can I create the formatting that will highlight which disciplinary action should be given if less than 90 days or if more than 90 days?

Thanks so much!
