Default adding an imap calendar to outlook 2010

I have outlook 2010 and want to add a calendar. I have 3 accounts set up, POP, Exchange and IMAP. When I set up the Exchange and POP, a calendar was automatically created. When I set up the IMAP, there wasn't one and I cannot figure out how to add one. Any help would be most appreciated.
