I have preprinted color forms to recognize people, the forms are complete except for four spaces.

I can identify the the first character of the fill ins with dimension or grid coordinates like

6" down 3" from left
7.5 down 3.5 from left
8.25" down 3" from left
9.5 down 2.75 from left

the tabs make the horizontal location easy
but I can't find a similar feature for the vertical
