Have you tried making a screen recording of the slide while showing the video?

Insert > Screen Recording > follow the instructions on the screen.

If the quality of the recording is up to your standards you can remove the YT video from the slide and instead insert the video file resulting from the screen recording (preferably mentioning the YT source ). This video you can set to play automatically.
