Default Word saying I don't have permission to open documents

Hello,



Word has started doing a strange thing every day or so. Sometimes, if I try to save a newly downloaded document, or open a document I've been emailed, it says I don't have permission to open it.



Restarting the computer solves the problem in the short term, but I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas for how I can solve this problem long term?
