I am printing a book, which is in A5 size but I have A4 size paper (A4 diveded by 2 = A5).

I have printed all odd number of pages, which are printed fine in this order (per page),

1 3

5 7

9 11

The problem is when I Print even number of pages, the printer print like this

4 2

6 4

12 8

As you can see, as I have to insert the page which is printed [1 3] with 3 towards the printer, it print 2 opposite 3 and 4 opposite 1 which is incorrect. I want to print 4 opposite 3 and 2 opposite 1.

I know I can do it page by page by issuing [4,2] command but is there is a way do it in batch? for the whole document, i.e., even pages?
