I have a user on a Win7 machine, running Office 2003, that's getting the following error when trying to open any saved email message.

"The command line arguement is not valid. Verify the switch you are using."

I've looked it up and saw that there was a hotfix for this particular problem, but the hotfix didn't fix the problem.

Anyone got any other suggestions?
