Intermittent Issues with Excel Hanging

When launching from start menu or from file explorer with a file

Happens with any file

Using 32bit on a 64bit machine

Unable to update higher

Running Win 10 v1809

Running 8gb and 256 SSD

I have not managed to replicate it exactly but the end user has shown me it randomly where excel splash screen launches loading the file name from the server says 100% then stays on that until you force quit it.

Have to close remaining tasks of excel in task manager to quit as it just hangs.

Excel sheets are XLSm to XLSx varies

Happens on other colleagues machines

Tried closing all instances of IE.

We use OneDrive if that's anything.

We have had a number of people reporting this throughout the business but they just run the workaround force quit.

Need to run offcat maybe to see?
