I have to follow the guideline: The text should use the wrap-around-end-of-line feature; i.e., returns at the end of paragraphs only.Place 2 returns after every element such as title, headings, paragraph.

What does that mean? "Place 2 returns.." means place two line breaks?"
What do they mean with wrap-around-end-of-line feature" ?
