You can't 'delete' anything. You may uninstall Office 2007 and repair Office 2016 or see https://www.gmayor.com/Toolbars_in_word_2007.htm which explains the registry settings required to get the two to work together without reconfiguring.

You cannot uninstall parts of Office 2016.
