Gmail have changed the security and will no longer work with client email systems unless a suggested change is made - see my post above.

You need to access gamil via the web, access yr account security and turn on "less secure apps". This is the suggested answer from Gmail, but in our case this doesn't work on our Outlook 365 (has to be IMAP for Gmail, plus we have no other email addresses - Windows 10)

There are many folks facing this issue and really we need Microsoft to address this issue - currenly we are having to live with web access.
