Ok, well, I feel pretty foolish about this but I would like just to get the technique sorted and move on as I need to get the document finished!
Attached is a file with two bounding boxes. Change the text in the top one, click in the bottom one and press f9 for it to update.
What am I missing that is stopping me repeating this?
Added supplementary, if it could be made to do this without pressing F9 that would be perfect.
