Default Conditional Formatting date change "Y"

I have Three columns

G is Total Years of Experience Formula is =DATEDIF(H2,$M$5,"Y")+I2
H is hire Date - Just date
I is Prior Years of Experience - Just Date
and M is Today Date =TODAY()

I want to do a conditional formatting that every time a number change in G column to highlight that cell

Thanks in advance!
