Hi there

Looking for an answer to a puzzling question my BCWP is showing 0 after I added % complete. The plan has dates in the past but the baseline was taken today and the status date is today. After I baselined I then updated the earlier tasks the ones that are to have already been completed for Eg Task 1 was due to start 1 March and end 15 March.
Today the 17th April I have added a baseline. I then ensured my status date was 17th April and I updated the % complete for Task 1 to 100%. The BCWP is showing 0 while the BCWS shows the right value and the ACWP shows the right value. Any idea why BCWP would be 0? If someone could demystify i will be most grateful
