If you press Alt-F9, the hyperlink field codes should display as:
{ HYPERLINK "K:\\000 - Log Avatar\\00 - Avatar Base\\A - Life H1 1 - Search 1.doc" }
You can select as little or as much of the field code as you want, then copy & paste it into the Find/Replace dialogue. If you know that 'A - Life H1 1 - Search 1.doc' doesn't appear anywhere else in the document, that's all you need for the Find expression. I wouldn't recommend deleting the path, though.
