HI - thanks for the response. Yes, well maybe my initial approach is a liitle over the top but I just view Read Receipts as an invasion of my privacy and shows a lack of trust, irrspective of whose sending them.

I'd just like some options - whilst I can now see who sending them I'd like the option of applying Rules to the messages if possible.

Given that the Read Receipt attribute is an identifiable Field in Outlook I'd also like to know if this field can be identifed in the message header? The header contains details if the sender requests a Delivery Receipt.... but not a Read Receipt?
