I’m not sure if this is the best title, but essentially this is what I’m after.
I have a large document, in excess of 100 pages. Every paragraph is numbered, and has a classification at the beginning following a paragraph number. e.g.
1. (A) The quick brown fox
2. (B) jumps over the
3. (A) lazy dog.
Is it possibly to set up an option like a drop down box or check button that can filter paragraphs based off how they have been classified? Or is this too complex for word?

Any help is greatly appreciated
