Hi,

I am using Microsoft Office Home and Business 2016.

I am facing a strange issue whereby some of the earliest email that is in trash will keep auto deleted. For example, today a few earliest emails are deleted and
few days later I noticed another few earliest emails are deleted, and it does not empty the whole trash.

Anyone can kindly advise is there some settings that trigger this?

P.S I did not check empty trash upon exit outlook.
