I just installed them using the original media.
Note that you may have to search for updates although Windows Update does update them so far.



Lines for header/footer demarcation are handled well using paragraph borders in the header/footer styles. They will extend from left to righ indent (not margins).


I seldom use tables in headers and footers. You may want to look into the Alignment Tab.
