Turn-around time delema...help!
I am trying to calculate the number of hours and minutes each between two date×, workday only.
For example: A call comes in at 1:00PM on Friday and is answered at 10:00 AM on Monday....I need to determine the number of lapse hours on Networkdays only.
Networkdays counts only the lapse days, I need the hour and minute as a formula. Can anyone help with this?
