When you delete last chart and create a new one, what happens?

Before this, maybe another thing worth to try out: Save the file with another name, and then save the old one over with new one. I am not sure with latest versions, bot with older versions this was a way to get rid of old information Excel did keep hidden somewhere. When it works yet, the size of file must be considerably less after that.

It looks like Excel gets same data for this region (P135:P149) twice somehow.
