Hi. I am newbie to this form. Please be patient with my lack of knowledge.

When I open Outlook and do the send/receive I get my current email. If I check the sent folder, or any other folder, and then go back to the Inbox my current emails are missing. When I turn Outlook off and turn it back on, the missing emails return. I am using Spectrum (Time Warner) Roadrunner for my email. Hope you can help. thank you.
