The macro settings I show here were temporary to try to see what the problem could be. This is a brand-new computer running Office 365. After running the installer, I see that the Word Start folder is a trusted location and the installer put one file in there:Custom Content Control Ver 3.8.dotm.

I continue to get the same error as before.
