Unhappy Unable to open the restricted mail from shared group mail box in outlook 2013

Hi,

I am able to open the restricted mails in outlook 2013 (Option --> Permission --> Do not forward) which was sent to my personal account. Since I am working as application support member, I also have group mail box (something like *** Email address is removed for privacy ***).

We set the auto forward option in the group mail box so that every one from the group can get the mail in the personal email account whenever a new mail arrived in group box. So when I get the restricted mails in the group mail box, I am unable to open the mails. I am getting a prompt for a second with message "Configuring your computer for information rights management" then I am getting another prompt like "You have not been granted the rights necessary to complete the specified operation.contact the content owner for additional rights" then I am not able to open that mail.

My team mates all are using outlook 2010(I am using outlook 2013) and they are getting prompt to enter the group mail box credentials and then they are able to open and see the mail. I have same permission level like all my team members for group mail box but still I am getting that error.

The .drm files are getting created in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\MSIPC whenever I access the restricted fails from personal mail box. But it is not creating any .drm file when I access the mail from group mail box. From .drm files I could see RMS version is 2.0. My OS is windows 8.1 enterprise.

Please guide me how to fix this issue.

Thanks,

Ramesh.
