So, once you are done formatting a text box:
  1. Select it.
  2. Press Alt+F3 (or under Insert Textbox add to Text Boxes Gallery)
  3. Choose the Text Box gallery
  4. Assign a name like "_MyTextbox"
  5. OK to save
